I started in customer service at John Lewis, never expecting to end up running ad infrastructure for global publishers and broadcasters. A genuine curiosity for technology pulled me into ad operations just as the industry shifted from ad networks toward programmatic, and I taught myself the rest, one platform at a time.
Today that means fluency across Google Ad Manager, Pubmatic's OpenWrap, Xandr DSP/SSP configurations, and the dozens of SSPs, video demand partners, CTV ad servers, and data providers that sit behind modern ad monetisation. I don't just manage these systems, I've built full ad stacks from the ground up.

Managed end-to-end ad operations for WSC Sports' AI-driven sports content platform, supporting global sports rights holders and broadcasters. Oversaw ad serving, programmatic monetisation, yield management, and campaign delivery across mobile, web, and video inventory using Google Ad Manager and leading SSP/DSP platforms. Developed specialist expertise in vertical video advertising, leveraging WSC Sports' proprietary backend video content management system to optimise ad delivery and monetisation across short-form content experiences. Played a key role in shaping and implementing structural advertising changes across the platform, improving the way advertising was delivered, measured, and optimised at scale. Delivered revenue growth through optimisation of eCPM, fill rates, and inventory performance while providing data-driven insights, forecasting, and technical support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
